
Phoenix is an ethnically diverse, female-led, RTS Southern Award-winning British indie based in Hampshire, UK. It’s jointly owned and run by Jaimi West and Miles Jarvis. Creative Director Jaimi and Managing Director and Executive Producer Miles worked with each other for 17 years at three different production companies before setting up Phoenix in 2017.
We are experts at creating and delivering innovative, high quality, returnable non-scripted series. As passionate programme makers we thrive on developing and producing programmes under three editorial pillars: Specialist Factual, Crime and Factual Entertainment/Reality with humour.
We believe our different backgrounds and upbringings are at the heart of what has kept us successfully working together for so long. We enjoy meeting people with new ideas – both on and off screen and we strive to create the most talented and diverse team of people who are passionate about what they do and are driven, just like us.
