Phoenix is jointly owned and run by Founding Partners Jaimi West and Miles Jarvis who worked together for 17 years at three different production companies before setting up Phoenix in 2017.

We are experts at creating and delivering innovative, high quality, returnable non-scripted series and premium factual. As passionate programme makers we thrive on developing and producing programmes under three editorial pillars: Specialist Factual, Crime and Factual Entertainment/Reality.

We believe our different backgrounds and upbringings are at the heart of what has kept us successfully working together for so long. We enjoy working with, and meeting people with new ideas – both on and off screen and we strive to create the most talented and diverse team of people who are passionate about what they do and are driven, just like us.
